about 1 kilo of gizzard
100gr onion
10gr chilli pepper
70gr red pepper
70gr green pepper
70gr yellow pepper
20gr garlic
30gr ginger
1 tsp anise seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
grains of selim
40 gr red onion
1 tsp salt
1 shrimp cube
1 tsp shrimps powder
1 tsp kebab spices
this is ghanaian style gizzard kebab and its soo delicious and yummy
