I really like the shorter style videos, as they're very easily digestible, and it gets the point and facts across well. But I also enjoy the longer style of learning more in-depth about these things as well, so that I'm able to better understand instead of just being told of something, if that makes sense. I think something in the middle, where its informative, and teaches you about these things, while maintaining the easily digestible part, would be ideal. At least for me. Could be a case where both types of videos should stick around, too. Idk. Just my thoughts. Hope this helps, and I hope you have a lovely day/night :)

Been watching all your vids since I decided to keep long hair last December. Had an under cut than. Still a few months till I'm out of my awkward stage.
I definitely wash and brush my hair less and I can tell it's getting thicker...what I'm learning is less is better..and I have short curly/wavy hair too...less manipulatation is better.
I have dandruff and I need to wash my hair very often to keep it under control. How can I prevent the lengths of my hair from getting damaged from so much washing?
So my hair gets oily on the scalp and is dry at the roots and ends. I also now have dandruff. What do you all suggest me to do? I never had these issues until I started growing my hair out. I wash it about 2-3 times a week and use the ogx shampoo/conditioner alternated with teatree special
It could be a case of needing to wash only once per week, depending on how active you are and such. Maintaining conditioning every other day as well. For this, I'd recommend OGX's charcoal shampoo, at least for my hair, as it keeps my hair less oily for longer compared to other shampoos. You could use that in tangent with a different conditioner than the one that goes with it as well. Obviously, this is all subject to change from person to person, so its hard to pinpoint an EXACT fix, but... I think trying this could work, or at the very least, give you a better idea on what you need to do further to help prevent this issue. I'm someone with a REALLY oily scalp, and less oily ends, if that helps. I also have finer hair, with about average spacing amount of hair on my head, and very straight hair. I will say, if you have really wavy hair, or curly hair, you might not even need to shampoo for almost 2 weeks. If your hair is very wavy/curly, you may just need scalp treatments occasionally for oiliness that don't touch the strands at all. ALSO, if your ends are REALLY dry as you've said, use a hair oil on the strands of your hair where this occurs, while avoiding using it closer to your scalp, and then brush your hair as normal to spread the oil better once applied. I have used to OGX hair oil, so I can recommend this one, as It was nice to my hair the times I used it. For me, all I needed was a VERY small coin amount, a pea sized amount even, rubbed into my hands thoroughly, and then spread evenly through my strands while avoiding my scalp entirely. This is also something you'd only really do on shampoo days after you've conditioned and are out of the shower. I applied while hair was almost dry, but not fully dry. Kind of a damp area. I hope this helps in some way. I hate having hair issues, so I really hope you're able to get it all sorted, stranger.
Soap thank you so much! I do use argan oil after washing, but I will definitely try out the charcoal shampoo. My hair is a fine and on the wavy side, more of an S wave. I am also active so dry shampoo has become a must for me. Hair issues suck, I agree
