I was born and raised on the south of Chicago and when I was growing up in the 70s my friends and I used to go down the alleys looking for stuff and I loved it.
The trex bag is for under a bicycle seat. The wooden “candle holder” in the bottom of the box is a gorgeous vase with a flower frog (metal spikey thing in the hole). Her items were beautiful quality. Very kind woman.
There was a really big fight at one of the dumpsters we go all the time today we had to get away because I wasn't going to get in the middle of it the store manager and one of the other employees started fist fight the police had to be called because a few others jumped in to it . Well it began with us I gotten permission from the store manager that we could dumpster dive as long as we don't make a mess and clean up behind ourselves but one of the employees came out and started fussing at us and then manager come out and told her that she had gave us permission and then it all began from there them two started arguing and fighting and everything started going nuts so we had to leave well we didn't leave we just pulled across the road and watched . But at least we had already gotten 7 grab bags and 2 boxes full of stuff and a half a tote so we did good before we left .
Hey. I am not doing dumpster diving.But people in my town always donate us clothes, shoes and household items. So I can give to others that are in need. I don't mind blessed others. God bless me back.
Like you said..you meet people along the way and you never know what can become of that meeting so you’re always cordial and explain your mission and as a result those meetings result in very nice donations!! ❤️
You be careful with that used furniture. You could accidentally bring bed bugs in the house that way then you'll have hell trying to get rid of them. If you could hold the items outside under a tarp for (I'm not sure how many days, could be a month) before bronging in your home you'll be safer.

Suggestion, why dont you get a sign on the side of your truck with your business, and channel FREE advertising, so people will see it etc. My dad had a business before the internet b that is how he advertised on magnetic sign on both sides of the car Besides the business cards, you will see Look into getting inexpensive signs Write it off as business expense, also get more subs to your channel!!
