The S5 is a 4WD performance car, those do go through tires a lot... got similar issues with my c43 amg. But just get some good continentals and you'll be fine, don't pacth tires, that sounds unsafe

I got an S7, also need a patch. One tire loses 10psi or so ever few weeks - super annoying.
