Medium Hot, what you can do is, add the red chili powder at the very end and adjust to your likeness. Kashmiri chili isn't hot. Green chilies are hot, use a few if you want

Freezing would change the flavors
My wife's favourite, I prefer more spicy and dishes with more chilli 🌶 and garlic......perhaps you could do a dish like that as a video..yum yum
