Caroline Smeenge It's acrylic paint that has been watered down. The mixing it with water is what gives it a more complete 3d and blended look than other one stroke techniques.

Take any two colors of any paint side by side then move a brush in any one direction you want for starters. Then try making a rainbow, turn the rainbow to a circle. Its how shapes build forms like roses. Good practice and in no time you can do it too.
I don't use this technique yet, but I know how to and you can use acrylic paint or nail polish, any polishes I assume and any acrylic paints. I would like to use this technique and explain on my channel sometime in the near future. Really easy to do.

Practice, ambidextrous people have it easier. I am so Im able to as well but I can paint/design versus write cursive with my opposite.
