I think another neat video might be showing how many archers it takes to kill 1 unit in a single attack, like how many archers vs a man at arms, or knight, or light cavalry, then show many crossbowmen and then hand cannoneers, while showing the total cost and production time of each mass required to oneshot that unit.
Well it's easy, if something has 20 health and you do 5 dmg, you need 4 archer :D. But for now i focus on very important information that can make the players better!
@@Corvinus1 It's not that easy particularly when it comes to bonus damage and then you start factoring in upgrades as well. Seeing it in a visual video format will make it far easier to understand and grasp the power and utility of crossbows/hand cannoneers over archers, but seeing the total costs/training times will help see the value of archers, so players can become better by making appropriate decisions based on units.

and the point i made is "If you want to counter the mangudai horse, just make more , since mangudai cost more and it's gold heavy" Also mangudai INSANE slow, so you can just go around and bodyblock them"
Khan arrows exist , khan hunter range exist and they can produce all these units at double rate plus they have keshiks if they want a frontline ,really obnoxious gameplay@@Corvinus1
okay so let me know if this counter triangle is true or false. Knight archer beats archer spear which beats spear knight which circles back to beating knight archer? if true then the tri unit combo triangle should look like: Knight horsemen archer beats archer crossbow spear which beats spear mma knight which circles back to beating knight horsemen archer.
the options are endless, dont get so tunnelvisioned. archer knight can be beat by pure knight, just like spear archer can be beat by pure archer. you also have siege, lands, musofadis, javs, xbows and man at arms and eventually it all comes down to micro and formations
@@moonboy2k185 nah the reason you don't use pure knight is because it messes with your macro economy balancing too much. That's why you don't ever see pros using mono compositions.
Just like as i said, you need to click on the unit and read if it's Heavy or Light, you don't need to learn everything, just don't forget clickin on the unit to know how to counter!

It's worth noting that camel archers have bonus damage against light gunpowder infantry so they actually hard-counter handcannoners.

Horseman longbow is the best answer but you can try Longbow MAA as well

You can counter keshiks with some spear and with ya archer against mangudai
So the blacksmith research doesn´t work against piercing damage, right?
It does! Since you get ranged armor to handle ranged damage ! :D But siege damage(true damage) ignores armor! Run again at that part
