They will more than likely last longer than a couple of years, perfume can last decades without going off. Keep them in a cool, dry, dark location (wardrobe or cupboard, not bathroom) and they will last longer, and go by smell rather than sight as to whether they are off. Vanilla will darken with age and change the colour but it doesn't mean the perfume is off.

Oh absolutely, 30 is a huge collection! I think I had maybe 10 before I started working in beauty 5-6 years ago. You have enough variety to never get bored but also have a scent for every occasion :) xx
I only have 20 bottles and sometimes I feel pressured to use up. For some reason I feel worse about decluttering fragrance than decluttering makeup. I have a couple of fragrances that I totally dislike but feel bad about tossing.😣 Maybe your declutter video will help me let go!💚
20 is a great collection! Before I started working in beauty I think I had maybe 10, it's tough because I like to separate them by season lol It's hard to let go but when they're old or never worn, it's better to let go :) I have a growing declutter pile! xx
Greenwich village is one of the most unique perfumes I have ever smelled. Its like a beautiful piece of jewelry. It’s so simple yet has been so hard for companies to master. I love this scent as well as TriBeca. It’s so woody and delicious. Amazing house
I made a goal of using up perfumes in my collection this year before adding. I had 35 in January. I’ve added Maison Francis gentle fluidity gold and LV cactus in March around my birthday. My collection is 15 now which very comfortable and I’m able to rotate. I love perfume and usually the expensive ones. Ideally though I want to keep my collection to 20 amd under so that I’m actually rotating them. Plus they do expire. Greenwich village sounds intriguing
Great video.just one small thing!fragrance oils and attars definitely have top middle and base notes.the Evaporation of the notes have nothing to do with the evaporation of alcohol,but like you said when the used carrier is alcohol it definitely give it more projection especially in the opening.awesome video

I bought the Killian Angel's Share on your link when you first recommended it. I really love it. It is spicy and wintery, but it's surprisingly a lighter vanilla cinnamon bun spice. It is not a heavy strong overly sweet spice. Really well done. Every time I wear it I get stopped and asked what I am wearing. Wonderful fall/winter fragrance but can be year round if you like vanilla cinnamon scent because it isn't heavy.

What I love about jo is the amazing ability to layer different ones and get unique scents . My only complaint is the sillage isn’t the very best . This brand is fun to play with . Another brand I want to try is tiziana terenzi. I just bought delina exclusif , montale discovery set and Penhaligon the favorite all from your recommendation. ps I saw your bar cart and it’s beautiful ❤️ I still recommend that Guerlain coaquin ! Another brand that I love that no one talks about is Fragonard . I toured their perfume factory in grasse France and saw how perfume was made ! I love their aluminum bottles and their fragrances are amazing and have the best sillage ever. The Fragonard in the aluminum bottles are true parfums .
After I got my CoCo Chanel, I was done ordering more fragrances. The only time I will break the “no buy” rule is when my go to fragrance that I regularly reach for runs low, I’ll repurchase to stock up. Otherwise, I’ll run out of space to store my fragrance vanity which is not realistic for me right now. So, that helps keep me from being tempted to buy too many fragrances that I don’t really need. Another important thing I learned is know what you reach for the most is giveaway what fragrances works really well to your everyday routine. And to have at least 2 fragrances for evenings-special occasion wear fragrance. And I enjoy ordering discovery sampler sets to play with without breaking bank and that lessens cluttering.
Omg yes also think about this; everyone is currently wearing mask so not a lot of people can smell you, so wearing fragrances is kind of pointless. That mentality has stopped me from buying anymore fragrances until we are done with COVID and can live mask free again.

The first one I think of is jo malone nectarine blossom and honey and le body spray. I'd have to spray it again but the le rose blush jo malone. I think it was a very honeyed rose vs damask.
Fragrances can last for many years. Even if the top notes change a bit, it’s still good sometimes especially if they are stored properly. I personally have nearly 200 fragrances now!! I need to sell off a few for sure. Maybe you should move somewhere colder 😂 jk- if you love Miami, stay there:-) Lastly does Minuit et Demi remind you of Changing Constance? Since you own both I thought I would ask..

Your collection is like an encyclopedia of fragrance! I have a handful of full-sized bottles but mostly travel sizes and samples... I don't wear perfume every day and as you said, I don't want it go expire or go bad b/c it's sitting around unused. Since you can get about 10 sprays from a 1mL sample, it's totally worth it to me to try out samples and see how I feel about them before committing to splurging on large bottles. And since I'm working from home, I feel like I have a little more freedom in terms of trying out new samples; I don't have to worry about offending anyone's nose! :)

Ahhhh! So weird with Arizona Bloom! I bought the sample at Sephora- and maybe I received a rancid bottle- but it literally smells like dirt I didn't get the gourmand notes, at all- and I was so sad, because I wanted to start investing in more clean fragrances. I was so disheartened by it! I may have to give it another go. Love your perfume videos! My collection thanks you!
So funny you just replied; I thought so, too- and just minutes ago, sprayed on the sleeve of my robe (not my skin) - I am still picking up that same, almost moldy/ dirt scent in the top notes. It has been about a month since I last pulled it out, and after watching the video, thought I would give it another go. I honestly think that the travel sized bottle I purchased must be rancid. Maybe I will go into Sephora and have them spray a sample on a card, and see if I smell a difference. I can pick up the woodiness in it, but it is just coming off rather .... Stank? Lol I will try to see the glass half full on this one, wish me luck in Sephora!

I got Bond GV based on your review and OMG! In love... I also love the Nolita... Bond is just a step above the rest IMO also can you tell the difference between Roja Reckless and the Elixir? I smelled the reckless and it was a little too strong for me...
The expiration dates on bottles are inaccurate. Fragrances can maintain their chemical integrity for several/many years, if stored out of light and not in hot, humid nor varying temps. A consistent room-cool temp is ideal.

Ladies, hola a Erin... Roses Greedy Mancera and Houbigant Quelques Fleurs are my 2 most complimented fragrances with the first having a projection of up to 10 meters. Not a joke. I want Angel's Share and Bond Greenwich Village. A girl at my office wears BKR 540 so... I won't buy it. There has to be a sense of uniqueness; nonetheless, i do blend it with others, such as Lune Feline 🐈

I have Greenwich Village and love it. The combination of notes is so unique. I would describe it as a floral gourmand.
My favorite perfumes are Parfum De Marly Delina, Delina La Rosee and MFK Baccarat Rouge 540.

I recently purchased Angel Share by Killian and Greenwich Village based on your videos and love them both! Now trying to decide if I should purchase Baccarat Rouge 540 or Elixir by Roja Parfums......what would you recommend?
My issue is that now many women wear Baccarat, so it is beautiful but not unique :(
I smelled the baccarat extrait and I thought it smelled so different than the original. I thought it was just me because everyone says it smells the same. So thank you. I thought sumn was wrong with me. Lol. I didn't like it though. I prefer the original
@@icxcnika2037 I got the sample from the MFK website. They give u a coupon for the value of the sample kit to use towards your future fragrance purchase. So I like that. Persons have said they can't smell it sometimes though. That the scent plays hide n seek. I have seen a few of those comments

Ahhhh! So weird with Arizona Bloom! I bought the sample at Sephora- and maybe I received a rancid bottle- but it literally smells like dirt I didn't get the gourmand notes, at all- and I was so sad, because I wanted to start investing in more clean fragrances. I was so disheartened by it! I may have to give it another go.

So funny you just replied; I thought so, too- and just minutes ago, sprayed on the sleeve of my robe (not my skin) - I am still picking up that same, almost moldy/ dirt scent in the top notes. It has been about a month since I last pulled it out, and after watching the video, thought I would give it another go. I honestly think that the travel sized bottle I purchased must be rancid. Maybe I will go into Sephora and have them spray a sample on a card, and see if I smell a difference. I can pick up the woodiness in it, but it is just coming off rather .... Stank? Lol I will try to see the glass half full on this one, wish me luck in Sephora!

I got Bond GV based on your review and OMG! In love... I also love the Nolita... Bond is just a step above the rest IMO also can you tell the difference between Roja Reckless and the Elixir? I smelled the reckless and it was a little too strong for me...

The expiration dates on bottles are inaccurate. Fragrances can maintain their chemical integrity for several/many years, if stored out of light and not in hot, humid nor varying temps. A consistent room-cool temp is ideal.

Ladies, hola a Erin... Roses Greedy Mancera and Houbigant Quelques Fleurs are my 2 most complimented fragrances with the first having a projection of up to 10 meters. Not a joke. I want Angel's Share and Bond Greenwich Village. A girl at my office wears BKR 540 so... I won't buy it. There has to be a sense of uniqueness; nonetheless, i do blend it with others, such as Lune Feline 🐈
