I’m concerned that the emotional connection has been so neglected and that is what causes such confusion such difficulty when emotions are brought up. Yes there’s a practical way to deal with emotions and you came back to say what we are feeling is what we’d need to act on which is positive. Integrating and learning as things change is important. We all been through difficult times. We all deserve rewards.
This is an problem that didn't need to be as it was induced socially as well some soul demographics tend to impose it on others with lines of thinking like "emotions are weakness" and "emotions are not rational" while having very low capacity both to experience positive emotions as well a low endurance to negative emotions. Others will have a high capacity for positive emotions while having next to no endurance for negative emotions so together such groups create huge imbalances both themselves as well others in society for which other groups are at a loss. I see both positive and negative emotions as a gift while also being useful in a lot but sometimes subtle ways.
