- Hogenakkal Waterfalls is around 120 km from Banglore. We took a walk through the small market and enjoyed the fresh fish from river Kaveri. The best part was when the boatman took us under the falls. Enjoy the tour of the nice place.

The boating seemed like such a fun activity. I really liked the area you went through with all of the big rock formations too. Beautiful waterfalls! That was a lot of dried fish and your son's meal was massive. Seems like it was a great day.

Love the epic landscape. The mountain in the background. Is that like a massive crepe? All the street food and market food looks great. I want to take a boat ride. What unique little boats. Wow those Falls are amazing. What a natural wonder.

Your pit stop 8 minutes before the falls is so peaceful and beautiful!! You took the right way to get there! That's crazy about the boat men! We have that around here but with tow truck drivers lol. Great video! I would love to ride under a waterfall! Amazing video! 😊

It's not far Akash when as I said before we will meet each other in a spot. LOL. I went to this fall just a week before. Nice hangout place. But they could have maintained it well considering so many tourists visit from Bangalore.

Very well shot video. Apart from the extra amount because of you going under the waterfall a second time, was everything else that you showed in the video included in the rs 750 ? Also where is the designated parking place ? any landmark to identify it ?
It was ₹750/- for rest of the boat ride. When you take the final turn to reach Hogenakkal, it will be right in front. Shown in the video.
When did you visit this place.? Is February end good time to visit?
Went on Jan 27th.It was hot during the day when we went except it to be a bit hotter in late feb.
Thanks for vdo sir - question = often ppl give feedback that boatmen are asking extra money and sometimes at parking and boatmen are misbehaving. true?
One has to be bit careful with that. Boatman will start following you around 2 km before Hogenakkal. We refused them. Parked at a designated place and spoke to the boatman before boarding the coracle and asked him what is covered. We did ask him for extra ride and negotiated for price before hand. You will see all this in the video.
is the water now ?
It's at the lowest level in May. I will suggest to wait till the few good rain showers fill the water there.
