Рентгеноэндоваскулярное протезирование, remastered

Представлено новое оригинальное направление клинической медицины для устранения стеноза сосудов. Вначале в стенозированный сосуд вводится баллон-катетер, который под большим давлением раздавливает бляшки на интиме и расширяет суженный участок.
Для закрепления просвета в сосуд вводится протез - спираль из специального материала, обладающего "памятью". При охлаждении спираль вытягивается в нить, которую вводят в сосуд. Под влиянием температуры крови нить снова приобретает предварительно заданную ей форму спирали. Этот протез зарастает интимой и прочно сохраняет просвет суженного ранее участка.
Весь процесс проводится под рентгеновским контролем.

A new original direction of clinical medicine for the elimination of vascular stenosis is presented. Initially, a balloon catheter is inserted into the stenosed vessel, which under high pressure crushes the plaques on the intima and expands the narrowed area.
To fix the lumen, a spiral prosthesis made of a special material with "memory" is inserted into the vessel. When cooled, the spiral is pulled into a thread, which is introduced into the vessel. Under the influence of the blood temperature, the thread again acquires the pre-set spiral shape. This prosthesis overgrows the intimate and firmly preserves the lumen of the previously narrowed area.
The whole process is carried out under X-ray control.

Novum originale versus orci medicina pro abolenda vascularium ut stenosis exhibetur. Initio, a balloon catheter in stenosed vas, quod sub princeps pressura comminuit in plaques in intima et expandit angustatis area.
Ad tollendam ad lumen, spirae prosthesis fecit de specialis materia "memoria" est inserta in vas. Cum refrigeratur, spiralem trahi in filum, quod est introductum in vas. Sub influentia sanguinem temperatus, filum iterum accipit pre-set spiralem figura. Hoc prosthesis overgrows intima et firmiter conservat lumen, de quo ante angustatis area.
Totum peragitur sub X-ray imperium.
