I am very near to make a similar cooker, it will have some modifications but the principle will be the same, after the prototype, will start manufacturing it for selling purpose,

Just need to have just 1 as a sample for over a month,
I can make it in hundreds of pieces after that,

Geeta di, the containers are brass. But what's the material used for the outer cylinder and the down part which you fanned and closed? Are the rice etc., containers lowered into the cylinder directly or is there another one into which you pour water and then put these rice, dal and potato containers? there was also "anand cooker" which was slight different .hard to find even on youtube.
How much water should be poured inside the cooker? This is an extremely important aspect as this water will produce the steam that will cook the food. Where and how should it be poured? This should be shown..Also, what about cooking meat / vegetables? Those also cook excellently. Kindly add all these points.

35 yrs ago it was endangered,now extinct.I have one in running condition.excellant way to make meals esp mutton, biryani, steamed hilsa fish, posto vapa etc.Searched every nook & corner near 22,college St, Kolkata,in vain.Good things are not fit for present times.
