Bro, let me me be the one to tell you but I have literally gone through 7-10 videos on how to properly install Bottles on Linux and you are by far, the most concise, straight to the point and not filled with useless fluff that takes up 10 minutes of a video's runtime. I've been on Linux for almost 20 years and I freakin' hate 95% of the Linux tutorials on UA-cam. Good job on this man.
Not sure what you're on about this is just a rubber stamp copy of the other videos. Covering the exact same examples, and not telling you anything that the others don't already cover. None of the videos I have seen so far cover a real installation of a Windows app to get you up and running.
You can also run the exe by left-clicking on the executable and selecting the option to "open with..." in nautilus or dolphin and select bottles, it will ask in which bottle you want to run this executable and just select and be happy.
@@SavvyNikdo me a favor I don't have a PC. So do a video installing mt5 on bottles and input indicatiors in the mt5. There is no videos on that at all on UA-cam

I wonder how this works with using multiple instances of Metatrader 5. Had some problems with wine, where I first put the copy in the same prefix & after running them a couple times I lost some settings. Later copied the whole prefix to be safe. After that I tried to create a .desktop for each instance but finally gave up after many hours. I gues it works with wine, just not easy to create shortcuts.
At this point, I'd think that Windows operating systems from 3.1 to XP or maybe even to Vista are understood well enough that it should be possible to write a tool for apps made for those operating systems to recompile them for x86_64 Linux builds, if not aarch64 Linux and armv7l Linux as well. And while some of those programs may be too old to be useful, I'd think the modding scene could breath new life into those recompiled apps, in much the same way the modding scene breaths new life into PC games with new features and better support.
I was unable to see my folders and files, to solve it I opened bottles, went to the top right menu, chose preferences and all my folders were there! Then preferences and tried to add a shortcut and I was able to see all my folders and files. I hope it helps you.
