You just have to wait until it lines up with the arrow spinning around it, if you can't see it, guess.

@@Junior-ov8me it's not just about guessing though, if there's only 4 options and you see where the present is and where the arrow is you can count how many times it has to turn until the present lines up with the arrow even if you cant quite see it
