Thanks for sharing the tips. They are standard items living in Alberta, where I think you live but not 100% sure Edmonton or Calgary. My guess is Edmonton 😉
heated blanket is not necessary in Canada, because every house has heater already. I have lived in Canada for over 20 years but I never use a heated blanket. 😀
For those who missed Black Friday, will have to wait till Boxing Bay. It is -30C out there! You need a hand warmer and feet warmer if you like to go skiing..
Though I really like Canada Goose brand I heard that they are produced at the cost of so many lives of Geese. So, I am trying to avoid buying them, at least as of today I have not bought any of Canada goose brand. 😂

Why just the Canada goose brand? All goose down jackets use bird feather/down.
They are overpriced, which is why those from the mainland love them. You can get some of the better ones at Sporting Life, for half of the price.
