Convicted in Bucks County in 1985. Receiving stolen property (6 counts). F3 and M1. However I have nonviolent convictions with the federal government and Broward County Florida. The Bucks County convictions are the only ones with an actual victim(s). The others were regulatory, the most recent in 2003.
Have u ever seen someone pardoned who hasn’t paid off all of the fines and restitution? But is making small monthly payments. I live in Pittsburgh pa . All my crimes were in Allegheny county and Westmoreland. It’s been since 2009 when I was convicted at 18 yrs old when I was in active addiction
I Have 1 Felony From 1992 For Possession Of Narcotics, I Spent 3yrs In Prison For It And When I Discharged In March Of 1995, I Never Looked Back. My Kids All Graduated And Have Their CCW And My Wife Also Have Her CCW. As A Home Owner The Only Reason Why I Want My Pardon Is To Get My Second Amendment Restored As I Am Always Surrounded By My Family Whom All Have To Secure Their Guns Because I Fear Of Going Back To Prison Just Because Of A Felony Of Almost 29yrs Ago.
I’m in a similar situation. I called a lawyer today and they basically said you can apply but the paperwork never even gets looked at. One firm told me they don’t even do it because they feel bad taking peoples money.
You are a good candidate for a pardon! The pardon DOES get looked at. Pardons ARE issued. Records ARE being cleared in PA. Lawyers who don't know what they are doing should not give bad advice.

Just got my full pardon in the mail yesterday. It was granted in July. I’m on cloud 9. Went and bought flocks for my wife and I today. Get those pardons folks, especially if you only have one felony, and it’s non violent. Did mine myself, a lotta work, and waiting, but it was free.

So I don't know what a pardon letter is, unless you are talking about the pardon application. Any letters or other communication that is not on a pardon application will be discarded.

Only in Pennsylvania, sorry.

The Board of Pardons DOES want you to take care of fines, costs and restitution.

I spoke with a law firm today and their fee is $5000.
My pricing is no secret - I charge $1850 for the two year process and start for $500 down - at least until new pricing next year.

To be given a pardon means you never should have been convicted in the 1st place
The pardon is based on forgiveness, not because someone was wrongfully convicted. It is based on proving rehabilitation after the conviction.
