Two Pints with Will & Ralf is a podcast featuring lifelong friends and professional actors, Ralf Little and Will Mellor. Popularly known from playing main roles together in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, the 2000s show.
Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps is a British sitcom that ran from 26 February 2001 to 24 May 2011. First broadcast on BBC Two, it starred Ralf Little, Will Mellor, Natalie Casey, Sheridan Smith, Kathryn Drysdale, and Luke Gell. Created and written by Susan Nickson and set in her hometown of Runcorn, Cheshire, it originally revolved around the lives of five twentysomethings. Little departed after the sixth series, and Smith and Drysdale left after the eighth series. The ninth and final series had major changes with new main cast members and new writers.
Ralf Alastair John Little is an English actor, writer, presenter, narrator and former semi-professional footballer, working mainly in television comedy. He played Antony Royle in The Royle Family and Jonny Keogh in the first six series of Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps. Since 2020, he has starred as DI Neville Parker in Death in Paradise. He also is the narrator of Channel 5's The Yorkshire Farm, which follows the life of the Owen family on their Yorkshire Farm (2018-2020).
William Mellor is an English actor, singer, and model. He is known for his roles as Jambo Bolton in Hollyoaks, Gaz Wilkinson in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, DC Spike Tanner in No Offence, Steve Connolly in Broadchurch, Georgie in Barking!, and Ollie Curry in White Van Man. In 2021, he began appearing in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street as Harvey Gaskell.
Hound was born on 6 March 1979 in Essex and moved to Surrey at the age of seven. He was educated at Hoe Bridge School Woking, Frensham Heights and Godalming College, where he was elected as a Student Representative and built the college radio station. After leaving school he began working for a PR agency but started performing comedy in the evenings. In 2000, he left his job as an account executive for Claire's Accessories to begin working full-time as a stand-up comedian. While working at the Edinburgh Festival he adopted the stage name 'Rufus Hound' for the first time.
Hound hosted Destination Three, the coverage of the Glastonbury Festival and Top of the Pops in 2005 and 2006 alongside Fearne Cotton. He presented the idiosyncratic reality show Grime Scene Investigation on BBC Three with staff and students from Aston University, and narrated BBC Two's broadcasts of MythBusters. He has also appeared in many comedy shows and quizzes such as Street Cred Sudoku and Nevermind the Buzzcocks, as well as Celebrity Juice where he was a regular panellist. He narrated the 2009 series Rocket Science and has appeared on The Apprentice: You're Fired! and Richard & Judy. He also presented Outtake TV on BBC1, replacing Anne Robinson.
In early 2008, Hound appeared twice on ITV's Thank God You're Here in the UK, after initially working as the warm-up act. In late summer 2008, Hound joined the panel show Argumental as the Blue Team Captain. Hound was the narrator for the gaming series Playr and presents What Do Kids Know? on UKTV-owned channel Watch. Hound took part in Let's Dance for Sport Relief, dancing to Cheryl Cole's "Fight for This Love" and won the final of the series on 13 March 2010. Partnered with Flavia Cacace, Hound won the 2013 Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special.
Hound hosted the year 2000 edition of My Funniest Year, a look at a past year of British television, which was broadcast on Channel 4 in September 2010. He has been a regular panelist on Celebrity Juice, hosted by Keith Lemon, and has appeared at Bright Club a number of times. In January 2011, Hound participated in the former Channel 4 reality series Famous and Fearless. He came third for the boys' team, and was referred to as "The Ruthless Hound".

His point about re conceptualising who you are is 100% true. I was diagnosed as having ASD 3/4 years ago aged over 30, and honestly it’s really negatively effected me because of exactly that

Let's not forget when Mister Rufus Hound dressed as Cheryl Cole and danced whilst miming to her song "Fight For This Love" for Comic Relief in 2010 (Reminder) ⏩ ua-cam.com/video/WvodRB4cLsc/v-deo.html. Not many people remember that moment but I do, and also, Rufus was the voice of Waffle The Wonder Dog for CBeebies. It's like Ralf and Will did

So "yellow face" is now an acceptable term? I always thought using the term "yellow" in relation to Asians was racist.

This is SO Great. Actors (so called) taking where normally it's all hidden or behind the scenes. Now I wonder who would want to employ them now in Panto or kids TV.. Oh dear, what are they thinking. Ha yeah, don't get me wrong, had a good laugh with you boys but ummm kinda shooting each otner in the foot. Ummm yeah wouldn't want to invest in you boys now seeing as you're spilt the beans on fellow actors / cast mates on camera. You took the piss out of them, W.T.F Don't put on UA-cam.
