अरविंद केजरीवाल पहले भी अपनी गिरफ्तारी को असंवैधानिक बता चुके हैं और निष्पक्ष चुनाव की मांग कर चुके हैं। अब तक कोर्ट से उन्हें कोई मदद नहीं मिली है

Arvind Kejriwal has earlier also termed his arrest as unconstitutional and has demanded fair elections. Till now he has not received any help from the court
