Plastic ribbon ...what is this? I use t ribbon that use in gift raping, bouquet also is t plastic ribbon ?pl explain. thanks

Archana Ingale try to reduce the length of the ribbon. First glue the one end and push the other end towards the first one slightly, it should bend and form a loop, that is the correct length of the ribbon piece.
