🍇 Domaine de la Luminaille
🍷 La LUMINAILLE, district of "the light", takes its name from the shine of the olive leaves on full moon nights.
The Ferme de la Luminaille was acquired by Julie's (Paolucci) great-great-grandparents: it is now the 5th generation.
But it is above all Julie's father, Jean-Claude Paolucci, who has developed the vineyard and shaped the wine business over the years.
His vines, his passion, a whole life dedicated to his profession of winegrower and to the creation of the estate. The result of a lifetime of hard work and dedication, the wine estate "La Luminaille" was born.
Julie started out as a sommelier in Paris, but in 2014, she returned to the south of France, to Rasteau, her native land, to take over the family business. Today she is the winemaker at Domaine La Luminaille.
She wants to keep the Domaine "La Luminaille" alive and produce quality wines, in a traditional and organic way. She wants to make "Terroir" wines, typical of Rasteau with great freshness and elegance.
