Ingredients:
Zest of 1 lemon and juice of 1 lemon.
1 egg.
Sugar 100 g / 3.5 oz.
A pinch of salt.
A pinch of vanilla.
Softened butter 90 g / 3.1 oz.
Flour 180 g / 6.3 oz.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 8 - 9 minutes.
Condensed milk 150 g / 5.2 oz.
Lemon juice 3 tablespoons.
Decorate as you wish.
