Beautiful AcroYogaDance Cello Flow - Improvers Level 5

Crazy videoshoot earlier this year trying to film 10 levels of the AcroYogaDance syllabus in 3 days.
We were filming on five 4K cameras to get more angles for the new online AYD Teacher Training & Academy. Five 4K cameras means lots of big video files. 7TB of data in total! If that means anything to you, you'll understand why I'm still sorting through it 😅
To make the whole thing crazier @eleanorstephensonn hadn't done any acroyoga before and only had 2 weeks to prepare for the shoot.
@benreasonfilming almost chocked on his falafel wrap when he overheard. 🌯 Ellie happens to be an amazing contemporary dancer, but still learning levels 1-9 in 2 weeks is pretty nuts.
The AYD syllabus now has 10 categories with new content we're super excited about. The new level 9 sequence alone is over 8 minutes long (thanks Pip!) And we added more to it 😅 This video is the more accessible level 5 sequence.

2️⃣ End of last year I decided to stop coaching privates, but now I have some new coaching methods to try out and I'm also curious about setting up anothe 5 camera system in the warehouse studio. So I'm offering private coaching for 3 new students (5 x 90 mins private classes) at Hackney studio.. No partner or experience needed. On the 5th session we'll film a nice sequence.
