Amazing how you can just look off into the water and think, what an amazing life you have. You guys are truly blessed. Such a beautiful family. My absolute favorite outdoor adventurer's.
The shots of the bay and the slush water; and longer videos are always better! Love the contemplation and nature show. It's just great to see you and the family out and about. Very heart warming.
My favorite part is that you are back with a new adventure. However, I love the Northeast shore of Superior. So many people miss the beauty of the lake in the winter. The offroad camper was awesome. It was good to see Wesley smiling.
The three of you make a great looking family. Wesley is so handsome. Poor thing was irritated when the two of you. Whent to put gas in the car. And that pit stop was beautiful. Thanks for letting the world see your fantastic voyage.
I have always enjoyed your channel Jim, you always have the best content. However, I LOVE the vids with Tori and Wes. I just can't get enough! Thanks for the series!!!
Hope you can get that tire patched soon. I’m sure you have that worry in the back of your mind what if we have another flat out in the middle of nowhere. Really happy to see you and your family off on another adventure. Always fun for us viewers. Stay safe !
Little behind on your series but I want to wish you and your family the best of luck. Enjoy this time. You will look back and laugh at the frustrating times. Stay safe.
I’ve made that trip many times...I was born in Watson Lake Yukon Terr....When I lived in Beaverlodge AB...I made a trip to Whitehorse in 87 and they were just starting to pave sections of the highway...I’m it’s a much better drive now....Good luck with other adventures.
Cool, ya we obviously passed through Watson and it seemed like a nice place. I’ve heard it has been slowly straitened out too which makes more of the views longer but you don’t get as many different changing views as when it was more winding
I love the videos so much and learn so much from you and cannot get enough of your awesome family. I am only mentioning it to help, not to insult the your knowledge. Pouring a can like that on its side is much more effective. Please friend keep up the absolutely amazing work.
Man what a killer video, thank you for sharing this incredible adventure with us all, so look forward to the next, the fact you both are on the same page is a blessing in itself 👏🏻 stay safe no more flats
Well finally able to sit and watch these episodes, such epic views of north shore superior , Wawa and Old women Bay simply gorgeous, What a great family trip Westley is so cute . Love that trailer wow how handy that must have been love it!. Darn I hate when snow comes down like that especially In the middle of nowhere, It is blinding. Mmmm eggs and sausage , Flat tire with a bolt in it that would suck.
Kudos for getting all those videos ready this quickly. Stunning scenery just getting to the Yukon. Love the mix of drone shots interspersed throughout. Crossing Canada in February - that takes courage and preparedness. Looks like the whole family has those qualities.
Breath taking, loved watching little WESLEY and your interaction with him, I have a grand daughter with special needs she has taught me so so much! You guys are great parents you have a special family!!!Can't wait to continue the journey with you guys...
You're not alone. I ran out of gas West of the SOO one spring driving to Vancouver!!! A kind trucker picked me up and dropped me a the next gas station.
This is so cool. I can actually relate to these places as I have travelled here. Just loving that little trailer and all the gadgets it has. Can’t wait to actually see the whole setup. Hilarious camping in “No overnight camping” . This is giving me goosebumps with anticipation of what is yet to come. So excited for a peanut butter jelly wrap now. Looking forward to the next one.😘Don’t over heat poor little Wesley. It’s a hard call not to worry that he he wouldn’t be warm enough.❤️
Ha. That stop looked familiar by blind river. I was just there last weekend. I just got some property near there. Lovin the videos. Even my wife watches with me...she's totally team Tori. Lol
Enjoy your videos, inspiring. This trip of yours helped me to prepare for my road trip to Calgary in 2021 December. Specially the key point of no gas station past SAULT till Wawa. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work. 1:241:26
I'm so jealous! I've been across canada twice in a camper, when I was a kid. We camped in Alaska, NWT and the Yukon too, went panning for gold....best memories of my life. I wish I had the money to do that with my family now.
I think it is sooo cool that you took Wesley on this epic adventure! I showed it to my wife and she didn't think we would be able to make this trip with our son (of course I disagree, but understand completely that taking a trip like this would be a big test of our marriage, lol!) Can't wait to see more. When I was a youngster we drove from Kingston to the Rockies by car and I remember getting out of Ontario felt longer than anything else!
Hi Jim, Tori & dear, sweet Wesley❣️ Glad to see the family taking a vacation, but boy do you get a lot of snow! A winter, wonderland ❄️. I had my boyfriend watch the first part of the videos, but he needed to get some rest. We will keep watch the video, they remind us on our vacation to Rangeley State Park, in Rangeley, Maine. I wanted to rent a camper and live like you’ll are doing. But, unfortunately, David has a Herniated disc in his back, and is in a lot of pain. Hopefully he’ll seek help soon and get better. So for now, we’ll enjoy your family’s trip❣️😊. Thank you 🙏🏾
We do, and where we were in the Yukon they had the most snow they’ve had in 50 years! Crazy. Thanks a lot for watching and I’m glad you can live vicariously while the back heals.
You know your wife is a trooper. If you keep up with good maintenence and a bit of TLC...she will be as reliable as a Toyota. She might be a bit expensive to start, but over time she will be a bargain👍🤣
So looking forward to this adventure for the family and to see Canada. Excellent start to the adventure for the viewer, not for you guys to be behind schedule.
Absolutely beautiful LOVIES thank you for share this trip. You are doing well go with the flow, and enjoy the time even if you are a bit late. Keep safe your baby is beautiful. Love New Zealand.
That sped up road travel was hypnotic. When you guys were feeding Wesley eggs, I kept smelling eggs ( scent-a-vision?) My wife was frying up eggs at egg xactky the same time. Weird how things like that happen. Back to the adventure....who planned the additional gas cans on top? Be honest.....I got your stove in Gaspe. I’m like a groupie picking up collectibles. Could you sign one for me Jim?
I used to have long hair so I’m onboard with you growing your hair but a man bun? You’re better than that Jim! 😂😂 Almost spit out my coffee when you showed the no camping sign! Whoopsie!!! Must admit that 4 runner & trailer make a sweet ass combo!
When you travel the Alaska highway you gas up anytime you can after you hit half full..A lot of the gas stations there are not open during winter months, some close October till May
Nice roadtrip! Btw, you had about 30 miles on the 4Runner reserve after the light gestion on before you ran out of gas. But better not to take any chances. 😉
I have a 2012 Rav4, which is not good on gas, but once the light comes on for gas I have about 60km, I also have CAA lol. Not sure what a Runner hits on the km, but it’s a Toyota. Beautiful scenery and love Lake Superior views, thanks for sharing. Had a chance to go swimming in Old Woman Bay, or should I say I put my toes in, but did get to see the pictographs along the cliffs as we canoed along the bay way back in 1978. Enjoy your adventure and thanks for sharing. Hoping one day to go to the Nahanni National Park, which is on my bucket list lol.
Love the work... thank you for sharing... sheep mountain and kluane lake are amazing... camping at the arctic research institute at the south end of kluane lake is, well, free and the beach rocks...
What’s this peanut butter and jelly that’s in the US it’s peanut butter and jam especially north of Superior. 👍🇨🇦 I lived in Schreiber for over 10 years and loved it . My wife hates black fly’s so we moved to the Bruce Peninsula. I still miss the north and the amazing fishing and canoeing. Cheers guys 🇨🇦👍
That’s funny, you’re right. What the heck is jelly anyways? Ya the Bruce is beautiful but no crown and all farms. Superior and the country around there is amazing the fishing alone makes it worthwhile. Thanks a lot for watching
Love this adventure! Fun, fun to see you traveling across Canada and sweet Wesley is adorable! Just had my first bolt in a tire too! Unbelievable! Can't wait to see the rest of your travels with this trip! Thank you for sharing!
September when I went south there was only 1 gas pump open between Thunderbay and Sault ste Marie at night and it was in Marathon. I've driven between Wawa and Nipigon an never met another car for over 4 hours one winter. That's why I have an Aliarc bumper and 9" spot lights on my truck.
Beautiful video! Scary at times! When Wesley was playing his keyboard and he got frustrated, he started moving his fingers like a real piano player. That was cool! I don't think I ever saw a kid do that. Most kids just smash the keys with all their fingers at once. Thanks can't wait for the cabin video.
NICE friggin rig jim ! (Truck/trailer) certainly the best color 4runner haha been eyeballing the same one for the New Brunswick winter's if my 17 yr old toyota ever shats the bed lol
