- Part 2 of my very first PSA return! And if you watched Part 1 of the return, you know what to expect: more Michael Jordan cards! 😁 I didn't do quite as well in the 2nd half of the submission, but I still got some pretty sweet MJ slabs.

96 metal is a super tough set. Surface scratches on almost all of them. 8.5 is respectable.

Awesome to have cards skyrocket after submitting lol! A lot of times it goes the other way. Can't go wrong with the Goat though. Love that 91-92 Upper Deck MJ as well, nice 10 there. Great results again and great Bulls stuff!
Yeah, when I sent the submission off, I was hoping some of these cards wouldn’t go down in value by the time I got them back. Instead they went up 4x. 😄 I may not be so lucky with some of my newer submissions. 😉
I think that 96 Skybox may be the worst MJ pose on any card I've ever seen haha! I'm now terrified as well to get my 91-92 Skybox submission back from PSA lol! I probably submitted 40 cards from that box. I'm guessing all 9s now haha, awesome to see all these MJs
He had to struggle to bend down to fit on the card! 😄 And don't worry, with your recent luck, you'll get all 10s. 😉
those 1990 fleer jordans looks so great, i love PSA, a part of me wish they did sub grades. dressed to the 9's on those skyboxs but still super fun to watch.
‘90 and ‘91 SkyBox are two of my favorite sets of all time. I wanted to 10 of each Jordan for the PC. Oh well. I guess I’ll have to keep trying...later on in the year when PSA opens back up. 😉

Thanks! Sadly, I was lazy and didn't sell a lot of these when I should have. The values of these are cards are all way down since then, unfortunately. 😕

Dang, drop off from the gem rate of part 1, but honestly even the 9’s are a solid for so many of those! I was so hoping for a 10 on that last 91 Skybox to break the streak of 9’s haha. Bummer on the Fleer Metal 8.5, those are such tough grades. That one is probably my favorite card, I love the brand new Jordan XI’s with the patent leather and icy blue soles.
Yeah, sooo many 9s, and on the cards I really wanted 10s on. '90 and '91 SkyBox are two of my favorites sets of all time. Oh well. I guess I just gotta keep trying (once PSA opens back up). I know I'll pull at least two or three more during Jordan Hunts.
Got the notification and had to see if you got some nice returns and congrats on the 10s! That McDonalds Jordan will forever be one of my favorites since it was my first ever card when I started collecting. Can’t believe how much the PSA 10s are going for 😮

I like psa but as you stated you wish you knew why it was a 9 not an10. One reason I like Beckett is because of the sub grades. I respect PSA and BGS. The rest I wouldn’t submit or buy until they establish some sort of value on the open market.
I like BGS’s sub-grades as well. If only they were worth as much as PSA cards, I would absolutely use them.

Those cards are hard to get 10s on. For the amount of money that MJ psa 10's and 9's are selling for you could easily make your money back and then some.
Quite a bit more, yes. But to make money on them I have to actually sell them, which is easier said than done. 😉

Same here! My stack is slowly growing again.
9s are going to go up in value with PSA tightening the screws on grading lately. I got a 10 card coming in a few days and if they come back as the last sub I had a couple weeks ago, I will get sick. 😂
It’ll be interesting to see what happens with PSA values for sure.
Yea you can’t send in cheap hoops non base cards anymore at their current pricing.
Most modern base cards are not worth sending in anymore, but almost all 90s Jordans are still worth it. Paying $20 to turn a $5-$10 card into a $60-$150 card is still a pretty good deal. It’ll be interesting to see if current MJ prices hold though.

I was quite happy to get 9s for Jordans. I think you’ve set the bar a little low if PSA returning your cards undamaged is all it takes to make you appreciative. 😉
