Most sprinters have a 4 cylinder engine nice to have a smooth V6 diesel rather than the rattly 4 cylinder diesel

When I first saw the back door of this ambulance, I saw that there was only one window, so I thought it was one door open.

Hi we think it was for the emergency lights and sirens but not really sure as we tried not to interfere with that side of thing
