Ah man that's the first I have seen inside N space! Stunning is right! I gotta get me a scanner and drop into one to explore. Thanks for the peak captain.
Hey Benzie, just an addition. There is a higher meta level than the "explorer" called the "moon". It drops from t10 anoms and is a meta level 12 module.
Great video Cap, you really explained everything you need to know in detail, I really like your work, keep going! :) now if only a wide scanner dropped for me... tons of anomalies and so far not even 1...
Oh,and another question. If you are in nihilus space, can other players find you and attack? And if you finish it,will it collapse,or can other players enter it and start over?
Using an Explorer wide resonance scanner currently set at 162m scan radius in high sec but with no results so far. Someone did uncover a decaying asteroid belt a few days ago in the region of space I currently occupy, but are we to assume generally that occurrence rates in high sec will be rare?
So I decided to recently get into wide scanning I made myself a probe explorer but realized the probe only has 2 midslots.. What is the best course of action? Do I have to have two ships standing by at 1 for scanning and 1 for analyzing relic and data? I could use a interceptor for analyzing but it does not have the cargo hold of a covert ops.
You are supposed to be able to travel from one pocket to the next correct? I was in a natural pocket with two other gates but was not able to interact with the other gates at all.
Is there any change of probability between nullsec, lowsec and highsec? I mean is in nullsec better chance of finding something, than in lowsec? I scanned several systems but without any success. Mostly lowsec, but also some nullsec too and haven't found nothing yet. (Skills 4/4/-)
When u said that the module needed 15sec to recharge so u can scan the system again. Does that mean that even if the scan finds nothing, if u can scan again u may pick up smth? Or is there a "timer" before smth may become available? (Im sry that im asking all of these explorations questions but i havent gotten the chance to explore yet) 😢
Captain, it looks like you're Exploration skills are already at 5/5/4. Have you slung all the skill points you were saving at it? Or maybe you were showing the test server? Curious!
@@captainbenzie dedication, 🎵 dedication, 🎵 that's what the captain's got...that's what we all need as well! Less skittish, more disciplined = a more useful set of skills (probably). In the meantime, I'm going to keep scanning (and will be scannable) either way!
Hey Cap, quick question. Iv scanned about 200 times everytime in a new area come across plenty of n space compressed and DS but no normal anomalie DS. What do you think is the chance? I'm not wrong you can also find normal DS with scanning as well right? My minimal is at 98 right now. Thnxs and good hunting.
@@captainbenzie cool thank you. Ya I was just really wondering because Iv come across a few n space DS but till now haven't been able to scan down a Normal DS
You find it, you don't spawn it... It's there for anyone to find during its lifetime, which is independent of you finding it. I once found a compressed belt that de-spawned 5 minutes after... The exception being, I suppose, the ones you actually DO spawn via the POS module.
some thing i have to say about eve online all the holding ships down and kill them are for cowards i leaving over it and im sure many other leave over it it is some thing that has to be done away with dont even try to defend it
Then EVE may not be the game for you, and that's fine. Even as a non-pirate who doesn't go roaming, the threat of being killed is what makes this game fun. Otherwise it may as well just be an idle game. EVE (both Echoes and Online) is built on the concept of your decisions mattering and having impactful consequences. That includes making sure you don't lose your ship to pirates. NPCs in Echoes are not a threat, other players are, and without that, the game wouldn't be EVE. That means the game isn't for everyone. Some people like safety nets and the ability to play without risk. But that's not what EVE is.
You have the most detailed and useful guides. Don't quit on us, sir.
Trouble is, there's nothing worth doing guides on in EE currently. I hope that changes.

I love how you've listed the lesson objectives at the start of the video Cap'n!
Your intro feels like a capital pilot looking for fuel in null sec.
What a well structured video, thanks! Hope you kick some ass at this event later on!!

Wow N-Space looks amazing! Nice video Captain! Great intro! *thumbs up*

ouch.. it took just a 2 t8 larges and a medium for one wreck to drop both for me
Two inqs and the Nihilus, must have been a great afternoon
thanks cptn.cant wait for part 2.. best vid yet 👍🏼

Nihilus space looks amazing they did a great job with it.
Love the vid Benzie. Love the hull too... Otto
How long do these spots lasts? 🤔

Iv been mining ionic solutions. 2000 gives my ship the 99+ icon XD. After comparing I choose the heron covert opts as my dedicated explorer

Are there just the two types? Compressed and deadspace? On the compressed on can you mine it safely in high sec?
@@captainbenzie Just as long as you stay in the first area or does it matter? Also thank you for responding to an older video :-D
Are the Nihilus space and anomalies limited to null and low sec or do they spawn in high sec as well?

I haven't seen single normal ds after the patch? how can I find them
how to find rifts that give u anniversary tokens?
If I find a nspace, and don't enter. Will it collapse? Or does it just stay there if no one uses it

According to Nina and devs the minimum requirement for t10 is 120m
Has this been confirmed by anyone. Min scan radius to discover DS?
