Thanks, Steven! The glissandi are also my favorite part of this arrangement. I find them more fun to play on gut versus because of the friction, as you know. Glad you appreciated the visuals too, I tried a "Gaussian Blur" effect to get the dreamlike glow.
Thanks, Heino! These are the same strings I used in my guitar version of this piece. Not just the same brand or model, but the exact same strings I took off of the guitar and reused on the ukulele.
Thanks, Wyatt! Much appreciated! I'll probably pivot back to some guitar content for a bit, until I arrange a few more songs. These don't do as well as the guitar videos, sadly, so the next video will be to motivate the base.
Thanks, Tomas! Yes, like I mentioned in the description this is almost exactly how Tarrega arranged it, the only arranging I did was to transpose the bass notes from the sixth ad fifth strings up one octave. In certain spots I left those bass notes out entirely if it meant I could play directly from the score instead. Glad you enjoyed!
@@tomasericsson8720 Ha ha, no worries, that's what I figured. Perhaps I need to change the wording a bit anyways, or make it more clear. I bet this piece would sound quite sublime on your true temperament guitar.
Hey, you kept in all those glissandi! I do enjoy them, though I know others don't... Works well on uke, and the visuals are very lovely.

I enjoyed your bariuke version of this fine piece of music, Josh! These strings sound so smooth and mellow. Great choice for the bari!

That is a nice arrangement 🎶🎶
Thanks, Florentin! That's a great compliment coming from a fellow baritone player.
Nice work Josh. I'm really digging this baritone uke series. Hoping for more in the future!

👏Great playing Josh! Kind of funny arrangement too with those glissandos. (Tárrega-like)

@@Josh.Vanjani Haha, I read the description before but I must have missed the first word. Thanks for clarifying! 😎

@@Josh.Vanjani No need for that, I just need to read more accurately. I might try this piece one of these days, we'll see. 😎
Sounds lovely Josh! I hope you had a great weekend! All the best to you!

Nicely done Josh! 👍👏👏
Merci, Andre! I appreciate it!
Beautiful great job, sir!
Thanks, Tate! I'm happy you came to check this one out. I reused my gut strings from my guitar and they fit onto this baritone ukulele.
Beautiful 👍🏻😊
