  • Do you like frappé or not so much? It seems to be really divided in my class. Also at your studio do you tend to work with the foot pointed or flexed in frappé?
I like to practice both ways but start my beginners with flexed.
Today in the Beginner Series I am bringing you a frappé combination where we are really working on breaking down and highlighting the brush of the foot on the floor. This is the combination I have been doing with my beginners for all of September and it has been great!
I hope you enjoy it - let me know if you give it a try!

Wonderfully explained video ! I'm a very beginner, my teacher makes me practice with flexed foot. I have a very hard time with the music and counting... I'll keep practicing, see if I can do something for this ! Thank you for your work !

I feel like frappé can be hard to coordinate at first but I find that breaking it down and going slowly can help! Let me know if you have any specific questions - I am happy to help! ❤
