It was released that the last part of the script for The Originals Season 4 is "and he smiles... END OF SEASON FOUR" a lot of people took that to mean that caroline will come to the originals at the end of season four and klaus will smile. no one REALLY knows what it means though and we won't until that finale comes to pass haha
