I am ALWAYS wondering what I did with the stuff on my desk... that I just had in my hand 30 seconds ago! I swear the craft table gremlins devours things just as I'm about to reach for them! Welcome to UA-cam! I look forward to more videos!
Oh man, same here. Yesterday I spent forever looking for my Omni ruler, forgetting I'd moved it to a completely different room to cut the wallpaper for pages. Mind you, the papers do take over my desk and random objects are always hiding under the digitals. Always.
Congratulations on your first video! This went really well for you! Please keep going with this journal and bring us along with you! Would love to see it!
Congratulations on posting your first video. 🎉 I love to support and follow new channels so of course I have subscribed. I enjoyed watching you, and you are blessed with an easy relaxed style and lovely voice to listen to. 😊
You did really well for your first video. I've seen book binders use that corner wrapping method, but never tried it myself. I totally should give it a go. 🙂 Belinda
Thanks for you kind comment! The corner technique is quite simple. Usually it works better and gives a nice mitre. I'd love to see how it goes for you if you try it.
You did great for your first video and I love the project. I've never seen those pattern packs before. I use the miter corner method on my journals too, probably because my granny taught me how to make quilts and I do the same for my journals. I look forward to your next video. 😊
I bought the patterns in Barkerville years and years ago. I've got about six of them. They are really beautiful patterns, and all vintage themed. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that miters corners like that!
Congratulations on your first and very successful video. You did a great job. I also subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to seeing you for more videos. ❤❤ watching from St Petersburg Florida.
Thanks for sharing! I enjoyed your video. I love using Cocoa Daisy boxes. I used one to store a journal in. Your journal cover turned out so pretty. Great first video.
Great job. You give me encouragement. I have been wanting to do videos for about a year, but I am terrified. But what a great way to start in a big collaboration kind of gives you a leg up. We have things in common thou I' love to sew and I'm 64, I'll be watching for your next video. I wish you all the best for a prosperous channel.😮
I liked your corner technique. I have made several books and have tried many corner techniques until I get comfortable. Thanks for sharing your way. Good luck on your channel.
Good job! I enjoyed watching you create and I will be sure to watch out for more videos from you! :) 💗 Thank you for sharing your creation, it's beautiful!
Congratulations on your new channel and first video. I call my space where I craft "Area 51". Everything is always disappearing! Then it might reappear 2 days later where I🎉m sure I've already looked. I'm fairly new to papercrafting and have never made a book like this but I enjoyed seeing your process.
Congratulations on your first video! This was a great video, and I love the corner technique. I will try it with my next journal cover. I hope you have much success with your channel! ❤😊
You will do just fine, just take it slow, don't sweat the mistakes, learn from them. I loved your video and I am going to try the Gorilla glue and water.
Nice start! Tiny advice: put a small light source lower than the camera to kill the camera's shadow. Otherwise great looking journal cover and you sounded confident in your vision. Good luck with your videos!
You did it!! I have been wanting to do a first video also. You a great inspiration to other newbies.. Love the covers. I have never seen those before. Look forward to your next video.
These are three of my favourite creators as well. I'm a bit biased with Rachel as I'm on her design team. Thanks for subscribing and liking. It mean so much to me.
@BeyondBrass4174 lol ... i get a lot of inspiration for my own journals from these ladies, plus a few extra. Now, I'll be adding more creators through this collab!
Congratulations on your first video! You did good! I admire you doing your first. I tried once. LOL. Not doing it! I love how you did your cover. Thanks for showing your process.o subscribed!

Thank you so much!
Gorgeous and diferent idea. Great job. Love it. Thank you so much for sharing.❤
Thanks so much! 😊
Love the ide of using a box for the cover of a journal, thank you for sharing
A box makes such a great cover. Pre-made spine so one less step!
Congratulations on your first video! This went really well for you! Please keep going with this journal and bring us along with you! Would love to see it!
Thank you for your kind words. I'm looking forward to this journey and grateful you want to come along!
Congratulations on your first video. You did a fantastic job.😊❤Beautiful v
Thank you so much. I really appreciate your lovely comments.
What a great idea! Now I could just kick myself for all that I’ve thrown away but I will have the supplies for a cover a month!
I got rid of so many when I moved last year. But with a subscription, they are adding up again already.
Those oh patter runs, made a very good cover for a sewing journal I love it
Thank you! I'm quite happy with how it turned out.
Congratulations on your 1st video. I hope it encourages you to continue sharing your talents.
Thank you so much. Thanks for the encouragement as well.

I love how anything can become a beautiful junk journal. Great job on this video ❤
I love that part of junk journalling as well. Thanks for your kind comments!

Thank you so much! I love the Cocoa Daisy boxes. They truly are a little box of happy.

Thank you so much. It took me about a year to get up the courage to do this.
Hi there you did a great job. Really like the book as the outside of the Journal. Thank you for sharing your tips on the glue you used.
Thank you so much. I got the tip for the glue from 49Dragonflies. It is how she glues fabric onto covers. It works so well for paper as well.
I liked your corner technique. I have made several books and have tried many corner techniques until I get comfortable. Thanks for sharing your way. Good luck on your channel.
Thank you so much. Usually the corner technique works better. I'll probably put book corners on to strengthen the corners.
Good job! I enjoyed watching you create and I will be sure to watch out for more videos from you! :) 💗 Thank you for sharing your creation, it's beautiful!
Thank you so much! Thanks for stopping by :)

Area 51 is a good name for a craft site. Warehouse 13 would probably work as well.
Congratulations on your first video. Beautiful pages.
Thank you so much. Aren't the kits beautiful? I just love them.
Congrats on your first youtube video, that is a very beautiful kit 🥰
Thank you! I just love this kit.
Great job God Bless
Thank you so much :)
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Great video. Anxious to see your future videos
Thank you! More to come soon.
Congratulations on your first video! This was a great video, and I love the corner technique. I will try it with my next journal cover. I hope you have much success with your channel! ❤😊
Thank you so much! That corner technique usually works and gives perfect mitered corners.
You will do just fine, just take it slow, don't sweat the mistakes, learn from them. I loved your video and I am going to try the Gorilla glue and water.
Thank you. I'll make sure to remember to breathe! That is great advise.
Nice start! Tiny advice: put a small light source lower than the camera to kill the camera's shadow. Otherwise great looking journal cover and you sounded confident in your vision.
Good luck with your videos!
Thank you so much. Thanks for the advise on an extra light source.
You did it!! I have been wanting to do a first video also. You a great inspiration to other newbies.. Love the covers. I have never seen those before. Look forward to your next video.
Thanks so much! I'm so glad you came by.
I really love the recycled cover, that is an excellent idea. 😊
The best part of "junk" journalling is recycling used materials. I love what can come from it.
You did great on your first video. Liked and subbed. Aren't these 3 creators phenomenal? Three of my top faves, personally.
@@peaceandcues1233 So many more creators. There is so much inspiration out there.
A great first video. Love the sewing theme and cardboard is a new idea for me. I will try it😊
Thank you! I'm hoping the cardboard doesn't wind up too bendy. I haven't used it before, either. The box just seemed to perfect not to use :)
Nice job on your first video! I'm exactly like you, I don't talk much either so it would be very difficult for me to do videos. TFS
Starting wasn't easy. I sat there breathing at my phone for a fair while!
Nice journal cover. And you did a great job!
Thank you so much!
Great 1st video! Love the pattern cover
Thank you so much! Thanks for watching.
You did a fine job on your first video, and I really like the cover.
Thank you so much!
Congratulations on your first video! You did good! I admire you doing your first. I tried once. LOL. Not doing it! I love how you did your cover. Thanks for showing your process.o subscribed!
Aw, thank you so much for the kind words. It took me months to get up the courage to post anything.
Nice video good luck with your channel.
Thank you so much!
You did an amazing job. Love your cover. ❤
Thank you!
Excellent job ❤ you are well on your way 😊
Thank you so much! Hopefully I didn't seem too nervous.
Well done. Good ideas
Thank you! 😊
I like your idea of using a box.
Thanks. I like that a box gives a built-in spine.
Great first video, I’ve subscribed!
Thank you! Thanks for subscribing.
great video hugs from Canada
Thank you so much. Hugs back (also from Canada).
good job
Thank you so much! :)
Congratulations 🎉 great video ❤
Aw, thank you. I appreciate the kind comments.
You are an inspiration
Thank you so much. That mean so much to me.
I like the bookcover
Thank you so much. I love Gibson Girls :)
Well done
Thank you! Thanks for watching :)
I love the pink stripe at the top
Gives the pages character, that's for sure. My magenta just ran out of ink, so we'll see if the next cartridge does the same thing.
I hope I get to see the final product. Thank you
I'll work through this journal so hope to finish this and post the end result. Might be a while, though!
❤great video
Thank you so much!
you did a good video I enjoyed this and I subscribed.
