Hi, how are you! I love to share a new video with you about our French village life. We finally painted the house. It's summer soon, and your village on the French Riviera start to wake up, all neighbors are outside, working on their little gardens and chatting. Hope you will enjoy watching it :)
Absolutely love this channel you have created to share with the world. I was born in Canada but moved to Nice when I was 12 (many yrs ago now) and have lived in other parts of France before ending up in California. The pull to return to the Cote d'Azur is very strong. Your location is exceptional. Close to anything and everything yet fully removed from the hubbub. Life is better when it's simpler. Your videos remind me why, so thank you.

Where do you live in CA and which living did you like better (that in CA or South of France)?
@@JB-pd3ir I live in Southern California on the west side of LA. I have lived in Northern California in the Bay Area on the n=North side of the Golden Gate Bridge. They are both beautiful areas and quite different one from the other. This part of Southern California is quite similar climate-wise to the South of France. But that's about as close as they come otherwise. I prefer the European approach to life so I would say the South of France is more attractive. My business is rooted in LA. That said, I am at a stage where I can relocate for at least a good part of the year.

I have always heard that the cheese, the bread and the chocolate in France is far superior than that of the USA. I love how your neighbor came and brought extra buckets for your paint. That was a great choice of color for your home. The fireplace is exquisite. I don’t blame you for not cooking dinner after all that work. The Easter egg hunt was so enjoyable watching your son find those hidden eggs. He is a beautiful little boy. it’s wonderful that you have such great neighbors. In many places in America people don’t even know each other and they don’t even speak to each other. It is a blessing to have the life that you have with a wonderful husband and a beautiful son. I’m looking forward to all the videos you have.

I agree with you about the nice helpful neighbor. I am originally from Zambia, now call the USA home, I do miss the friendly neighbors from Zambia, where I live, the neighbors do say hi, but beyond that, they keep to themselves.

I used to live in a beautiful little community just like this in the countryside in dairy farming area in Australia but since I moved to the harsh dry desert in the Nth of the country I'm missing these sorts of happy grateful joy filled people of faith, hope and love! I'm from the Czech Republic and I recently came across this amazing YT channel and my husband and I decided to visit the Cote d'Azur because I literally fell in love. We have been here for two days now and on the first day we saw Menton, it is beautiful. We just got a little wet in the evening, it rained quite a bit here and we didn't get to see Gorbio 😆. We are enjoying it here in the convertible and the feeling and all the wonderful experiences cannot be described. Yesterday we were in Mougins, Grass and Antibes. The Côte d'Azur is probably the most beautiful place I've ever seen. I look forward to your next videos!

I saw the church, the castle and your house 😃The color of the facade is very nice and it was so peaceful there! Then we drove all the way up the road and saw some wonderful views. From Wednesday we traveled the cote de azur from Menton to Saint Tropez. We stayed at a Provençal farmhouse in Le Roures near Valbonne and enjoyed it very much. Valbonne and the farmer's markets, Menton blew us away completely, including the church and the beach, also in Antibes they have beautiful beaches, art in Mougins, fragrances in Grasse, Eze, Monaco, the Corniche... There is so much. Now I'm at home in South Moravia in the Czech Republic and I'm looking forward to your next video 😀

I went to France many years ago and remember buying a sandwich . It was a ham and cheese. I don’t know what else they put in there but it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I wish I knew where I bought it so one day when I go back I can buy it again.
