1983 All-America Football Team presented on the Bob Hope Christmas Show (NBC)

A holiday tradition - Watching the Bob Hope Christmas show to see the presentation of the All-America college football team. My family had just got our first VCR and I got the Beta machine rolling just as the first player, BYU TE Gordon Hudson, took the stage. I recorded this in mid-December 1983. Lots of luminaries in this group!

I do but it's a good news/bad news. The tape it was on struggled its way through the transfer process. Thankfully, it made it through but it's not of great quality. Still, since it doesn't seem to be posted elsewhere on here it has some value. I will upload it in the coming weeks.

Sounded like they were committed to attend a benefit in Philadelphia. Both Fryar and Rozier are from the Philly area.
