I can see the van but when I get close the officers get out and I cant do it anymore. Have you ever encountered that issue? If so what do I do?

I'm on pc i have the same problem, it's glitched rockstar didn't fix it yet. i recorded the clip on this video on xbox.

I have too many blue point in the map.this guide could be helpfull for the starter not for me.
there's blue point of the cinema vans to get alien outfit.
there's blue point of money vans rockstar added
there's blue point of mc resupplying vehicle driving around.
but the of gun man from gta4 point is oblivious u actually heart it before you see it.
@@BearGamesE60 I've searched him for about 2 hours but he didn't spawn.
@@KrovotMerzi there some specific location they spawn on. the best looking is the sandy shors highway next to that big closeed store. part park there and wait for it. it will spawn after 20 minutes of u being game.
@@BearGamesE60 One time i found him but the rescue Mission didn't start and i got freezed while trying to drive.
