I will give you an 85% on the match, you could argue 90% either way it is a high B low A so a pass :) I do not think it is possible to do better without a bait in hand to color match because who knows what the photog did.
Love the color match videos. Would love to see more of them. I think you was pretty spot on in matching on the Alabama craw! Thanks for taking the time to make the videos.
I'm always late to the party! Have read through all the comments and must say that I'm in agreement with them. As usual, you continue to impress! A color match of a factory bait by a home bait maker seems to me to be extremely difficult, but, you did it. Thank you for all of your color matches. Keeps guys like me inspired.
1. Great Fish Story! Lifetime of retelling to come. 2. You’re analysis of the color match seems spot on. 3. Thought you had failed until you showed the side by side photo. Impressive match. I see why you often mention the enhanced photos you are using as color match targets. 4. Love the color build/match videos! 5. Thanks!!
I used to hang with this man back in the day. We were in the same 4th or 5th grade class. We made a band named "Permanent Pig Nose" which was named after a mean girl in our class named Ashley, who had a pig shaped nose. We were good friends. Chris, I stumbled across your vids and couldn't believe my eyes! So proud of you buddy.
Suggestion... Why don't you try to turn the inyectors around and push the orange color a little bit more than the black one, maybe that can help that the orange color can be more visible than the black color...
Great match and crazy story-So glad of the outcome. Those Stripers are tasty-It’s been awhile since I’ve caught any but stripers/hybrids are awesome grilled prepared like “redfish on the half shell”.
Hi, Chris! Thanks for all the content! Love the channel! Are you able to review Angling AI's jigging minnow mold? Curious of the action and mold shooting capability. Would love to see some colors and thoughts on walleye lures and possibly experimenting with larger swimbaits for pike!
I think it was very close to being spot on. Now question for ya with that c block how can a person go about not getting so much of one color on one side of the mold more than the other like in the first mold you opened the bottom right and most of the right side in the mold was mostly black to where the top left was mostly orange. How can a person get better blending with the c block
I just started pouring plastics myself about 6 months ago and have learned a ton from your channel. Been making jigs and wire baits for over 35 years but this is a whole new ballgame lol.
Chris... I'm catching up on your complete vid offerings and every time I see you using the mixing block I wonder to myself what the result would be IF while injecting you slowly spin the injectors and block. Maybe a complete 360 deg. Not certain the degree of physio-complexity with turning the injectors and block whilst attempting to smoothly inject???
nice work man, not an easy thing to do. I would NEVER live it down if I saved my fishin buddy lol you should hold that over him forever haha. Tight lines and tilt some cups!
You're videos are always great and your color matching is so dead on... I see all the many many many colors and flake colors/sizes you have.. And from your videos I know you like to mis match flake sizes... What would you say your top 5 most used flake colors are? Black for sure. What else cuz I now need off sizes as I have most colors in medium size only. Keep up the great work always can't wait to see you at work. Tight lines!
Happy Memorial Day, thank you for watching.

Thank you for being you. Because I just bought my first mold plastic and I'm going start making my own baits. When it all gets delivered
Awesome man

Be safe and enjoy the hobby
Hey man... Greetings from Taxco Guerrero México, I always liked to watch your videos specially when you match the colors like this one
Thanks

I always love the color matches but you've already done all my favorites, sprayed grass, goose berry, mudbelly burst. Keep em coming!

Super late but missile baits bruiser flash would be an awesome color to try

Saved someone, still got the fish, and nailed the color match... GREAT VIDEO ++
Great color match man!!! Have you ever did a color match on Zoom's Houdini? Would love to make that one
Looks good, as always. I make mine with the same orange base you use with green pumpkin on the other side.
Sounds juicy
Which you on the big screen and you taught me alot and I have still a lot to learn you're one of the best
Nice catch aswell and we sure are glad that happy Jack was ok and safe
Was a close calll

Awesome color!!! Pretty well achieved in record time
We definitely did it fast

Haha
"Big Gulps, eh? ... Welp! See ya later!"
(Good job on the match.😆)
Haha yes!
Universe opens up,
baits pouring out on everybody,
copyright lawsuits unilaterally levied… 😂
Fantastic color!
Agree 👍

Looks really close brother Great job
Looks great to me!
I can’t figure out how to keep the small bubbles out of the worm. Even after I ordered the vacuum chamber…
The color is really close love the challenge aspect of it
It was fun
😂 The cook always eats first!😋
Yep
I'm going with didn't quite match it but close.. yea this was entertaining
Nailed it.
Appreciate it
Wet well done brother.
I like just the regular color match format. The rushing doesn’t help you learn or want to duplicate your work.
Happy memorial day Chris!!
You too
Love your videos
Appreciate it
Fun video do more
Good work
You should color match some of ULM baits
Always awesome
We try
Yes Chris you was very close .....
I think so too
I wanna make baits now 😭
It kind a looks like a pumpkin seed with some orange in it and of course some black
One day I'll be able to snag a swimbait from you
At a 100k you got invite someone to your shop and start teaching them how you do it hands on.. lol
Great idea
Super 😊
😊
I like it
Idk I can’t catch crap on red or orange like they keep advertising. Bama-bug is killer for me all year long in Mid-south ga.
I thought you matched it just fine
We didn't do bad!
👍😎
What took ya so long?? 😂😜🤣
Haha I know
You too
👍👍
Fry em..
Caaaaw
Missed it
What would make it closer?? Less black?
@@WorldsWorstFishing I think so
God bless
Both sides are to dark and to saturated but nice colour
Keep in mind, the photo was taken in a light box and brightened significantly
