Listened to this while camping in the woods last year and seeing the Milky Way for the first time, now it has permanently etched into my brain that every time I hear this track it reminds me of the night sky full of stars.
@@legendarypussydestroyer6943 Oh man I would love to see the Milky Way. I never saw it. Well I probably did but I didnt recognize it because I didnt have my glasses on that night. 😂
I FINALLY FOUND THIS! wow first time I heard this I was crossing the prairies of western Alberta a year ago. Now...I am in my room traveling with my mind. so so happy I found this song. Love!
This song was one of the things that helped me go through depression back in early high school, i can't thank you enough for the help you gave to me with your music .
Damn. I love this song. No one or nothing can stop me from listening to this. Love it.. I’m a big fan.. like you don’t understand.. that’s all I listen too is your music.. wish you knew all the time and hours I have into your music. I’m Big fan of you Andreas b.
This song changed my life...crazy as it sounds. I flew home on emergency leave to see my dad in the hospital late January 2019 and saw him for a couple weeks. He was suffering from a drastically lowered body temperature and failing kidneys that seemed to have struck from absolutely nowhere. Worse still, when I got there I asked anyone I could what was happening, and none of the doctors seemed to know what was happening or why his body was producing such high levels of billy ruben and some other wild number counts. I had only been been back in the states for a solid month after our deployment when I got the call, and so sitting by my dad's bedside in ICU, I had tears streaming down my face as I tried to wipe away spit from his feeding tube to keep him from choking on it. After all I'd been through on a 7 month deployment to the Mediterranean sea just offshore from Syria, to the icy crested swells of the Arctic Circle just off the coast of upper Norway with my squadron on an rusty aircraft carrier, it was almost too much for me. After about 2 weeks of this, and assurances from the medical staff that his toxin and enzyme levels were decreasing I left, believing in my heart that I would see him again when I left the Navy that April, and encouraged by the diagnosis our assigned nurse had told us. I flew back and everything went on for a few more weeks, until I got the call that his kidneys were not responding despite weeks of dialysis and his liver was hemorrhaging blood. From that moment on I was in denial until his death less than a month after he got there, February 17th. That day will forever be buried in my heart and mind as a sacred day of mourning for a dad who did everything he could for his wife and 3 sons, despite working upwards of 70 hours a week for the railroad and having to drive long distances to get there, he always made time for his family. When I flew back in early April for his memorial service, dad having been cremated according to his wishes, I listened to this song in one of the chillstep soundtracks at 38,000 feet looking down on the world and it truly changed me. The intense emotions I was feeling, combined with a spectacular visual experience of flying miles above snow covered mountains, vast deserts, and an endless green of forests that must have covered tens of thousands of square miles, absolutely overwhelmed me. I realized then though that the only way to continue on is to let go of the memories that hold you back. It's impossible to explain but for me it was like a singularity moment when everything suddenly became known to me and I knew how to endure it. I don't take anything for granted anymore.
Jeb Broham thanks for sharing. Man, the power of music truly connects us and gets us through some of the hardest moments of our lives. It’s transcendent 👊🏾❤️
