I purchased both products last summer and just finished Weekend Skin. Weekend Skin, for me, had a very thick consistency coming out of the tube but spread around my face pretty easily, which surprised me. I don’t think I would repurchase since I like other sunscreen consistencies better but I can see why people like it. When I bought Best Skin Days, it came in a “pocket size” (their term) which was perfect. I’m almost finished with my jar but I’ve been using it sparingly (I have 4-5 other skin tint type products that I rotate through). I would absolutely repurchase Best Skin Days and I’m really hoping the pocket size comes back! I wish more brands would make minis bc I’m always willing to purchase them, even though the price per ounce is higher. If I can finish a mini vs throwing out half a full size, it’s worth the extra cost for me. Great review, as always!
Maybe you can use the SPF tint as a primer or a quick skincare step before you use your favorite foundation. I got this knowing it wasn't going to be full or medium coverage because I wanted something for the daytime that looks super natural and not overdone for work. Also, like that it has all the skincare features and I also plan to layer it with my Haus Labs Foundation during the weekends or when I go out❤
I've been using their Best Skin Days for a year now, really love the lightly balmy, soothing texture of it. On days I'm lazy for skin care, i just wash my face, spray some rosewater maybe then apply this diretly as my moisturizer and sunscreen at once if im just staying home.
By the way, you're right, it's more suitable for dry skin but like I said, when I keep the skincare under that minimal (I sometimes just put the Lilah B priming glow oil in golden like skincare underneath) it's not as bad. For reference I am combination leaning oily. I put the best skin days maybe over the Lilah B oil or just rosewater, apply like a proper sunscreen amount but in layers, add a little concealer under the eyes, powder my face a little, and I'm good. It isn't as oily and gives a very natural finish to the skin without coverage.
I’m so happy you reviewed these products. I’ve been interested for a while now but haven’t seen much. I love your reviews. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. I appreciate it. Sending love from NJ
works well in CONJUNCTION, not CONJECTURE, lol. I think you used way too much weekend skin, actually. You don't need that much at all. As a nurse, I just wanted to tell you if you don't already know, it looks like you have a goiter and would advise you get a thyroid ultrasound just to get a baseline. If you have large-ish nodules, they may want to do a thyroid biopsy. These are common thyroid findings and the majority of the time, no cause for concern. thanks
I was also influenced by their ads and bought both products you reviewed and a lip balm. I like them but getting “the look” takes me forever. Not a time saver!
What is your favorite water proof “active” chemical sunscreen? That’s not shiny or sticky? Does it exist???? Omg I need help with a sunscreen to wear outside to garden in this humid summer … And I can re-apply multiple times a day bc I’m always outside Lol!!! What do u wear when you work out?
I like most of the ‘invisible’ sunscreens I’ve reviewed before. Supergoop Unseen, Starface, even the Trader Joe’s one. Most are somewhat water resistant and clear so I don’t have residue when I sweat a lot

It’s so interesting to see which people prefer, and totally, as someone who tests products-would LOVE to be able to get smaller sizes

While I appreciate the thought, unsolicited medical advice can be a bit tricky over the Internet. Thanks for the thought though 🤗

I feel that!
What shade do you use?
Shade 4 🤗

Makes no sense to apply 2 tinted moisturizers.
This is a review video…it’s meant to see how they work, not how I would wear them
