Barcelona Guitar Trio & Dance (Luis Robisco, Xavier Coll & Alí Arango) fuses both Spanish and flamenco guitar and pays tribute to Paco de Lucía during their performances.
In this video, they perform Billie Jean by Michael Jackson as a joke in Palau de la Música Catalana, in Barcelona, during one of its performances at the festival Maestros de la Guitarra.
The Palau, one of the most admired buildings in the city, is famous for hosting some of the best musicians worldwide and it's also known as "jewel of the Catalan modernism".
They are accompanied on stage by the percussionist Lucas Balbo and the Flamenco dancers Carol Morgado and Jose Manuel Alvarez.

There are probably thousands, maybe millions of artists who are at this level, or beyond this. It starts with the God given ear and talent. It's more common than most people know. This is not an isolated thing. It does exist.

Here's something about this performance that most people won't realise. It sounded so good that I ran it through my Pioneer DJ turntables not expecting the beat to sync up because you only get that kind of precision from a machine not a live human performance. You have to quantize it for any kind of beat-matching. But These guys locked in this live performance at 126 bpms for the entire song like they were human metronomes. That kind of precision in a live performance is almost impossible. it's almost inhuman. I've never seen anything like it before. That's how good these guys are.
Sorry but that probably means they were actually using a metronome.
When the song begins you can hear 16th notes when the guy isn't tapping them yet. They are playing to an audible click track.

@@futurememories1660 Possibly. I can't hear it though, just the guy using the guitar body as a percussive instrument. Also there's not reason to use a metronome for this performance. But yes, if a metronome was present then it would explain the super-human preciseness of it all.
