The headset is pretty good for budget gaming but after using it for one whole year the right ear stopped working but it's pretty good for beginners. After using the lvl 3 afterglow, i can say thats the best headset i ever use concerning the sound you ear through playing, you can hear every little sound around you, and i play fortnite, its a plus but on the otherside, after two months of using it, it started to make weird noise and its only my mates who could hear it.. me on my side it was still good , i could still hear everthing clearly but they couldnt hear me at all... so i decided to change my headset due to the fact they couldnt hear me at all now even if for me i still hear everything perfectly, ive change to konix (25 €) at the same price but god the sound was terrible.... changed it one day later for a turtle recon 150 (60 €) it was better but the sound i hear while playing still looks bad... So i have a question, im going for the Gold Wireless sony ps4 with a 7.1 surrond system for the price of 80€... I want to know if the sound will be better than the afterglow lvl 3 cause thats what im looking for a better quality sound. Any suggestion will be more that welcome. Thx in advanve
I had to rebuy the same headset two times already and make sure to get warranty every time becuase some times the headphones snap were the headphones like twist and turn to adjust to your ears
I would first make sure that the headphone jack is able to be pushed all the way into the controller. After that, I would make sure that the headphone jack is not bumped or moved around while playing. I know a lot of headphones are sensitive when it comes to the headphone jack. If this doesn't help, could you please give me some more details?
I have never had they problem before so I don't really know how to fix that. My only suggestion would be going to the store where you got them and try to return them. Sorry I can't help you more.
Yes I think that you can use them with X Box 1. They have the standard 3.5 mm headphone jack so they also work with computers. I would be surprised if they didn’t work with the X Box.
I like everything about the headset except it sounds like I'm talking from the other side of the room when I'm speaking. I'm very quiet even after adjusting the mic settings. Its annoying

I just wanna say this headset it shit not surround but you can definitely hear footsteps the mic buzzes when your not talking and breaks so easily I guess you get for what you pay for.
I have these and I had them for quite a while and now they make a cracking noise so my friends get ear raped evrytime I move and sometimes is won't let me talk

Hi Presh Boyd, I think that it all depends on your opinion and quality. If you have previous experience with Turtle Beach, then you might want to get the 50p. If you have previous experience with the PS headphones, you may want to get the Lvl 3s. If you have If you have no personal opinion you want to look at the quality. The PS4 Lvl 3s seem to be a little bit higher of quality and they are about $5 cheaper. The PS4 Lvl 3s have more padding and they seem to be made better. However, the Turtle Beach 50p have a different headphone material. The part that touches your ears on the Turtle Beach 50p is leather and the part that touches your ears on the PS4 Lvl 3s is fuzzy and a little bit like Velcro. I would personally get the PS4 Lvl 3s but if you would rather have the leather ear pieces, then the Turtle Beach 50ps are the way to go. Hope this helps! Bat

Yes these are mobile compatible! I made a video where I used them for OBS/PS4 remote play if thats what you mean. These can be used on computers, phones, and anything with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Hi devin Collins, I am not sure why there is no game sound. I would try turning the dial on the wire or making sure they are plugged in to your controller all the way. If that doesn't work, I would try going into settings on your console and turning up the volume.
This headset is a POS (Piece of Shxt)... the chat audio suppose to play audio through the left and right side... not just through the left side... game audio should play through the TV itself...

I highly recommend them, if your using it for PC pick up a cable extension these sound just has good has my Logitech Prodigy G231 headset.
