Achievements Unlocked:
Safe Haven: Complete all mission objectives (any difficulty)
You Shall Not Pass: Save 3 colonist outposts. (normal or higher)
My Precious!: Save 2 colonist outposts. (hard or higher)

I really enjoy watching these video's. They have helped me in all my previous missions and I always look for this poster. He doesn't really communicate all that well but does a pretty good job at showing the basic idea's of what to do as for me hard mode is very difficult. You make it look so easy. Thanks man.

Storywise, it would be interesting if this mission came after In Utter Darkness, where Raynor saw a future Selendis making one hell of a last stand against Amon's hybrids and the zerg swarm.
If anyone wants a tip for Brutal as it's much harder than 'hard' just use Vikings.
Just got My Precious on Brutal and thought I'd share the strat.
TLDR; Spread your Vikings out when you attack the big ship. Don't use more than 8-12 and spread around the outside. If you're careful he won't spawn that rift and you can easily kill him.
Now for the brief rundown.
There's a ledge near the first two bases you can use to 'line of sight' the enemies with your Vikings. After taking out the enemy pylons and flying units with your Vikings, just hover over the ledge while switching to ground mode. Positioned on those ledges you'll be safe and can easily destroy the shield structures. The third's a bitch to deal with; circle around, take out the ships and pylons then move them to the western side and lure a few ground units to you, switch to ground mode and move into the base. Watch out for the psionic storm - try to bait it and kill the Archon or whatever he's called casting it. Destroy the shield structure and move towards the big muthafuckaship with your Vikings. -PRO TIP : Don't bunch your units up, take two at a time and attack the big ship while spread out. Don't use more than 8-12 or so and the warp rift WILL NOT spawn nor will that cheat army. Easily killed even while casting his 'Independence Day' plasma laser. Hope it helps.
