Love lighthouse hunting. We often wait until after dusk when the real ones talk to each other with their lights makes them easier to find LOL. I have a tale to tell about lighthouses it will be up in a few weeks no doubt LOL.
I think they could get pretty close. I took a path to it. I can't remember how wide it was. I think it was dirt and not gravel. Danny walked down a dirt road. He said there were defiantly stairs at the very end of it. We have been to do many this summer that they run together. We both think probably on the path. Safe travels. 😊

Did you get a lighthouse stamp book like they have for National parks?
We did not. There is really no place to even talk to someone. You're kind of on your own.
