There’s a lot to explain but in short ASPD in it of it’s self is Sociopathy. Psychopathy on the other hand isn’t a mental disorder, it’s a psychological construct. It’s a multitude of mental disorders and genetic components that cause abnormal behavioral and thinking patterns. Psychopathy is basically a more severe form of ASPD plus some other things going on inside.
