Thanks Patricio, I will try and explore incident attachments at some point, what would you envisage happening once the PAD has downloaded them? Regarding the report, are you looking for overdue incidents? What's the scenario and I will see if I can create the same on my Dev instance. Damien

I have one question regarding the triage of incidents, say we wanted to screen a specific incident that came in from a service mailbox does power automate have the capability to filter a specific mailbox example if for example an email sent to a service mailbox will be will be created as an incident from multiple mailboxes? Hey Jasper. I don’t understand your question fully. Do you want to monitor multiple mailboxes? Or have different outcomes depending on the sender? Both are possible, as the Platform is very flexible.
