In this video, I'll show you how to create a stunning football-themed cake that's perfect for any sports enthusiast's birthday or celebration.
This tutorial features a delicious chocolate pineapple cake topped with a beautifully designed fondant football.
Ingredients:
Chocolate sponge cake 6"
Pineapple bites
Fondant (black and white & blue)
Whipped cream
Food coloring green
Tools:
Rolling pin
Cake board
Piping bags and grass nozzle
Cake smoother
Knife or fondant cutter
Steps:
Start with your favorite chocolate cake recipe and bake a round 6" cake cut it into 3 layers
Layer the cakes with whipped cream and pineapple bites for a tropical twist.
Prepare the Fondant decorations:
Roll out black fondant to create the football pattern.
Decorate the Cake: Cover the cake with white whipped cream and add the black pentagons to form the football design.
Finish with whipped cream Use green whipped cream to pipe grass around the base of the cake.
Personalize:
