I want LAVA to use all the marketing moves that Chinese brands adopted to capture Indian market, such as: 1. Aggressive Pricing 2. Value for money 3. Looks 4. Excessive advertising (incl. hoardings, shop banners, etc.) 5. A superstar brand ambassador. Point no. 4 & 5 are still missing in LAVA. Wishing you all the success you deserve ❤
If apple calls what they are doing at that segment innovation then this is invention. The only drawback, no snapdragon processor so no custom rom support which is important if it only gives 2 years of os updates
I think Lava should consider changing their name because I noticed that when someone hears the name 'Lava,' they associate it with a cheap mobile brand (and this is universal). They should launch a sub-brand to introduce their smartphones with a refreshing and unique name, accompanied by a different perspective on branding. They should focus on core aspects like the camera, performance (the UI is already good), music system, water and dust resistance, build quality, premium and minimal design, overall user experience, and practical features. It has been a long time since curved displays were introduced, and their hype has faded. Similarly, secondary displays are not that practical. While these features may be useful for a particular customer segment, they are not beneficial for everyone. This is the era of tech-aware youngsters who know what they need based on their requirements. They can see how the POCO F1 created a massive hype in the market. This comment is from a past Lava user.
