It isn't a drum it is called a 'hang' made in switzerland by a couple that only makes about 200 a year. At least that's what i've heard. If you want one now, you'll have to apply to get on a list, from this list randomly 3 persons will be selected that can buy a hang that year. All the other hangs that they make are already sold. Bizar isn't it? I've just found the hang on the web for 3 weeks now and it is an incredible instrument.
