I remember I had end of term exams. I was finishing up the Maths paper and I suddenly felt gushing, and then I got really bad cramps right then and there. But I couldn't say anything otherwise I'd interrupt everyone else. So I had to suck it up, finish the paper and then excuse myself to the bathroom. 😂
and when you're in the airplane, period starts and you've forgotten to put your things in a handbag and the flight is more then 9 hours... wish no one experience this but I did......

The 1-3 days of my period is the worst. First day it hurts like a bitch, second and third days flows like a river only after that i can finally relax 😤

Yeah, I can vouch to that, the first one or two days are usually the worst! Then after that I'm doing better... making progress. I don't get pain every period or all the time only sometimes, hot ginger tea is a good go too! The ginger helps with preventing period pain and soothing any present period pain. I got stacks of hot tea and soup broths & stocks for days in my kitchen cabinets for that time of the month!
