Direct Socket TT - Summary

As a part of the total prosthetic service the Direct Socket System by Össur can be fabricated and fit at the same visit to a transtibial client. The efficiency of fit makes it the perfect solution for both the prosthetic clinic and the client. Learn how to fabricate the Direct Socket prosthesis using the direct lamination method, with new improved material choices and even easier fabrication technique. It can be utilised with Iceross Locking, Cushion and Seal-In Liners and is compatible with Icelock 214 and Icelock 600 series as well as the Iceross 511 Expulsion valve and Icelock 544 Expulsion and Unity plates. Assembly is completed using all of the compatible locks and valves where appropriate, demonstrating on a model patient using Locking, Cushion and Seal-In Liners.
