To clarify Hestia's request for Ais to stay away: the mechanics of Liaris Freese, the skill that allows Bell to resist charm and grow so fast, are clarified in other sources like novels, what-ifs, etc. Basically, it's a skill that is now attached to Ais and Bell's feelings towards her; should his feelings ever fade, break, or even switch targets, the skill will be nullified. So Hestia was right on the money with that one. Heith, the pink-haired healer, can't actually revive anyone: no healer can. Bell and the others were simply on the tippity tip of death, as close to it as possible without actually dying. This season is peak fr; if they can adapt the later episodes very well, it's going to be even peaker 👌
Man respect to your homie who said to get on this Danmachi is my #1 anticipated anime of season by far and I fiend for the reactions and a refresher for you Bell has a unique skill that's basically tied to Ais that grants him his xp boost but also a resistance to charms even from Gods its why Ishtar even with her titties out had no effect on him despite bringing Hermes to tears(in a good way i assume) and making him give up his info
You ain't the only one who didn't hear Hermes saying that I've seen several reactors being like why didn't she give him the letter as if they didn't understand what don't give me this immediately means and I'm sure that was a game changer by Hestia telling Ais to avoid Bell I literally thought after him seeing his familia devastated him that seeing Ais would destroy him so her taking off the table is her best and probably only move she can make at this moment
Its funny you thought they were gaslighting Bell in ep4 when the real masterclass was yet to begin I feel so bad for Bell I literally had to rack my brain for similar comparisons in anime but I think Freya might take the crown in her efforts
