The small (88) healing ticks is from the Shadow Priest. They have a spell called "Pain Spike" which causes damage instantly, but if it doesn't kill the target, it will slowly heal the damage it inflicted over 5 seconds. The big heal at 5:06 is Holy Light. He is using "Hand of Edward the Odd" proc to instant cast it. Not sure about the rest. Maybe Holy Shock if he is running some Holy/Ret build.
The new patch is already out, which means that the rebalance has already been done. So I don't think the video from the old patch will somehow affect people's perception of paladin....
