  • In this video, I'm analyzing a full 15ball rack run out.
You get to hear and learn advanced decision making, pattern choices including all the tip positions. See why certain combinations are shot from specific angles or opened up in other situations.
Find out why playing into the line of position is more important than crossing the line of position and much much more

Can't tell you how many of these videos of pro matches I've watched over the years and wondered what were they thinking....At 71, didn't think I'd ever get a chance to watch one like this....thank you so much Niels...

Niels, as usual, you're content is top notch. When matches are televised and have knowledgeable commentators you get some of the analysis you're doing but definitely not to the level that you present here. I think most fans of the sport see the pros run out racks of 9 or 10 ball and simply don't realize the level of advanced decision making that is being done...not just in terms of the patterns but mentally considering the possible bad consequences if your position play is just A LITTLE, weighing those odds and making the best percentage decision. Great stuff.

I like this video because, overall, ponders shot decision as a very important part of the game. Personally that, with also holding position after pocketing a ball are my Achilles' heel.
    Thanks for coming back, Niels.
I've been following your content for quite a bit, and it's been helping me a lot.
    Thanks again.

Just love Niels' videos. He is a terrific teacher.
You may not have the time right now since you have a young family and are still an active player, but I'd love an advanced tutorial program for Terminator College on position play.
There are a number of basic pool-playing tutorials available online, but few that delve into the thinking part of the game like you do here. Definitely something I would pay a premium for.

Sadly I'll have to wait for personal review until I finish expanding my basement and get a 9-ft Diamond. Playing on an old 7-footer now and have to use shorties for 5% of my shots in my cramped cellar!@@NielsTheTerminatorFeijen

I’m confused… really confused. How is the 7 to 12 combo is a legal shot? I mean, you didn’t pot a solid there, yet you continued as if the 12 were a solid ball. Unless I missed something…
Edit: I didn’t realize you were shooting the whole rack out… thought you were shooting 8 ball.

Niels is playing 15 Ball Rotation. Just like 9 Ball, he has to run the balls in numerical order and as long as he hits the lowest ball first he can legally combo in another ball.

Whoa, 15-ball rotation video with live commentary of Niels himself, that’s insane! Watching you play is like getting a front-row seat to a masterclass in pool. Thanks a bunch for sharing this - it's seriously cool to see how a pro's mind works. Can't wait for the next 15-ball video - it's like getting a crash course in pool awesomeness!
Hey Niels, out of curiosity, how many out of 10 racks can you run out in this 15-ball rotation, and have you ever pulled off a crazy consecutive streak?
